New kerbs installed at Oak Grange

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart has welcomed the completion of works at Oak Grange, Waringstown, with new kerbing installed by Firmus.
Carla Lockhart said:
“These kind of issues come across my desk regularly, and whilst some maybe regard them as small and insignificant, I am a great believer in tidy and well maintained public spaces within our communities.
For a time the kerbs at Oak Grange have been in a state of disrepair to the annoyance of local residents. After some engagement with Firmus, I am pleased that these have now been replaced and the area looks that bit tidier.
I want to thank Firmus, who have corrected this problem even though it was not of their making. The next objective it to secure some resurfacing of pavements and a tidy up of adjoining land and I will pursue this with relevant agencies until work is completed.”
