Carla Lockhart MP Celebrates Culture and Community at Loughgall Mini 12th Parade
Upper Bann MP, Carla Lockhart, has strongly criticised the Infrastructure Minister following the latest announcement of part-time 20mph speed limits outside schools with not a single school in Upper Bann included in the new tranche.

Joining local bands, lodges, families and supporters, Carla Lockhart hailed the event as a fantastic celebration of tradition and identity made all the more enjoyable by perfect weather and a strong turnout.
Speaking after the event, Carla Lockhart MP said:
“Another night, another parade and what a brilliant evening it was in Loughgall. The weather was superb, the crowds were mighty, and the turnout of bands and lodges really topped it all. It was a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.”
“This annual Mini 12th has become a much loved fixture in the local calendar, and once again the organisers, participants and supporters did themselves proud. Events like this are about more than just celebration they’re about community, heritage, and coming together in a spirit of pride and respect.
It certainly is a great forerunner to the big day when hundreds of thousands of Orangemen and women, bands and supporters will take to the streets in the Annual Battle of the Boyne celebrations.”
