Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart joined a very encouraging number of attendees at the annual Lurgan District Carol Service in Brownlow House.
Speaking after attending, the DUP MP said:
“This is always a lovely Carol Service and it was so encouraging to see such a good number in attendance, joining together as we approach Christmas.
Lurgan District do a huge amount of work across the year and this event offers members, supporters and the wider community the opportunity to come along and spend time together reflecting upon the meaning of Christmas. It was a particular delight to hear the wonderful soloist Emma Partridge perform, and I know everyone enjoyed listening to this very talented singer.
I commend the Orange Lodge for organising such a wonderful service and wish all members of Lurgan District a very Happy Christmas and Peaceful and Prosperous New Year.”
