Tots well served by Killicomaine group

Carla Lockhart MP • February 28, 2023

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart visited Hype Tots in Killicomaine last week, to see how this provision is making a difference to local families.

Speaking after the visit, the DUP MP said:

“It was lovely to call into Hype Tots to see how this service is providing a wonderful space for local families to enjoy, to socialise, and for kids to have fun and develop.

Killicomaine Residents Group do fantastic work in the area, and this aspect of their outreach programme is a much needed addition and very welcome service for young families. Such programmes benefit youngsters so much, in terms of socialisation and development, and it also benefits parents by helping them to get out of the house and socialise. These are golden moments for parents and their children that will be cherished forever.

I could see how much enjoyment was in the room, and I would encourage others to come along to Hype Tots. It runs every Tuesday from 10.30am – 12 noon, in KIllicomaine Jubilee Community Centre.”
