Carla Lockhart MP has expressed her gratitude to Banbridge’s very own local hero, Garnet, for his hard work and dedication to keeping the town clean and tidy. Visiting him earlier this week, Carla was delighted to thank him in person for his efforts, which go above and beyond, always delivered with a smile.
Speaking after the visit, Carla Lockhart said:
“Garnet is a true Banbridge legend. His commitment to keeping the town looking its best is second to none, and his friendly, cheerful attitude is appreciated by so many in the community. It was a pleasure to catch up with him this week to say a big thank you for all he does.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all our refuse collectors, street cleaners, and everyone who works so hard every day to keep Upper Bann clean and tidy. Your efforts often go unnoticed, but they make such a difference to our towns and communities. Thank you!”
