SF are right, there will be no return to the old days
SPeaking on the threat to mobilise Carla Lockhart MP said, “It was inevitable that when Sinn Fein don’t get their own way that the threats of violence and unrest would be rolled out.

This is not a normal political party. They are wedded to the IRA and wedded to violence. It is in their DNA and when they can’t get their own way, they resort to type.
On the one hand we have a small group of Orangemen peacefully returning from a church service, and on the other a Sinn Fein influenced residents grouping threatening to “mobilise”. What exactly do they mean?
We’ve heard the threat of disorder, who is this coming from? It is not coming from the Orange Order or grass roots loyalism, and I don’t believe it is coming from the vast majority of residents on the Garvaghy Road.
Sinn Fein have been floundering throughout this entire situation. First, they said the matter was off the table. Then, they said there would be no mediation. Now they are running to Dublin, whose government has no constitutional role in deciding where people may parade within Northern Ireland. Their erratic behaviour tells its own story.
The law if correctly applied allows this harmless, low key parade to go ahead. It takes less than 1 minute to pass any given point. There is nothing for anyone on the Garvaghy Road to fear from that. Most won’t even know it took place as there are so few front facing houses onto the road.
The PUL communities are done with being treated as second class citizens. This is the rebalancing of rights, this is halting the Sinn Féin’s push for supremacy. They don’t get to say who walks where.”
