Lockhart welcomes new business to Portadown

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart has welcomed the addition of ‘Ah Gluten Free’ to Portadown, and said that the new business will provide a great service to those in the area with dietary specific needs.
On a visit to the business, the DUP MP said:
“This is a fantastic addition to the retail offering in Portadown and I am delighted for Amy that she has taken this step, with the new shop on West Street.
Amy knows all too well the challenges of dietary specific needs, having been diagnosed as coeliac during lockdown. This has inspired her to take up baking, which has now escalated to the opening of this new store, offering a sumptuous range of eats and treats.
The need for gluten free alternatives is growing all the time and this bakery will no doubt be a huge success. I wish Amy well in the future and would encourage people to call in to see everything that is on offer.”
