Lockhart welcomes Deluxe Group investment

Carla Lockhart MP • April 25, 2023

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart has said the announcement by Portadown based The Deluxe Group of a £1.5m expansion and the creation of fifty jobs is a welcome boost for the area, and an example of how local industry is making a mark worldwide.

Carla Lockhart said:

“This is fantastic news for The Deluxe Group and a real boost for local industry.

When I last visited the company, I was blown away by the work being undertaken by the Group. The biggest names in the entertainment industry trust The Deluxe Group to deliver the highest standard of product, right across the globe. That this output originates in Portadown is a tremendous endorsement of the skillset within the local workforce, and the trust that world leading entertainment companies have in The Deluxe Group when they are investing their money in new experiences.

I wish the company every success with this investment, and as they set up a base in the US to build upon their order book established in America. These are exciting times for the company, and I know this investment will see further growth in the years ahead.”
