Inn Road resurfacing a win for residents
Local Member of Parliament Carla Lockhart has welcomed the resurfacing of Inn Road, Dollingstown, following representations on behalf of local residents who had expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the road following works by NI Water.

The DUP representative said:
“Following a major pipe laying project by Northern Ireland Water on Inn Road the reinstated area had sunken causing a dangerous, uneven road surface with pot holes and raised man hole covers. It was a hazard to residents and road users, and I had a number of residents reach out to me to see if I could help deliver solutions that would deliver an improved surface for all users.
I engaged with NI Water and the contractor, and I am delighted that following this we now have a much improved surface. The hazardous surface is gone, and for motorists and pedestrians it is much, much safer.
I am delighted to have helped secure this win for residents. Working alongside my colleague, DUP representative for Lurgan Peter Haire, we are committed to delivering on issues like this that make a difference to our local communities.”
