“First and foremost my deepest sympathy goes to the family and friends of the gentleman who has lost his life. The shock and sorrow they will be feeling at this time will be acute, and they are very much in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Likewise the entire Waringstown community are in shock at such a tragic accident.
I would join with the PSNI in asking anyone who witnessed this tragic accident to please make themselves known to the police.”
